Initial Evaluation

Service Description

This is a complete psychiatric diagnostic evaluation. During this hour-long session we will get to know each other a little bit, talk about how I can best help you, and explore different areas of your life. Remember, you are the expert when it comes to knowing you! I want to learn about you so that we can approach problem areas together and develop a treatment plan that will be most beneficial to you. Treatment plan, including medication management, can be discussed at this visit.
